STOURBRIDGE TOWN (grid reference SO 904842)

Stourbridge Town station is located at the end of a short branch line (opened by the G.W.R.) from Stourbridge Junction.

Centro built the current station as a key part of an integrated bus/rail interchange to serve Stourbridge town centre.

The most impressive feature of the new infrastructure is the public toilets.

A Central Train livery class 155 single car dmu is standing in the station. When rebuilt by Centro the platform was resited on the opposite side of the line utilising space that once was occupied by a freight line to Stourbridge canal basin.
