HEREFORDSHIRE & WORCESTERSHIRE'S LOST RAILWAYS
The odd thing about this book is that many of the railways which are illustrated are not lost at all. The rear cover, for instance, is a picture of Stourbridge Town Station albeit it many years ago whilst the frontispiece showing a train breasting the Lickey Incline at Blackwell. The author might perhaps have been better served by a more appropriate choice of title. That said there is a lot of information of interest in this book but it is sadly let down by the appalling reproduction of the black and white photographs. This is a shame as with better reproduction the book would be quite collectible.
