This photograph of 0-4-2T No.1420 shows the locomotive inside the engine repair shop at Worcester Works. It depicts the locomotive shortly after repainting to GWR livery in September 1965 before working a railtour on 19th September.
This is No.7029 'Clun Castle" under repair outside Worcester Works in September 1965. The locomotive had worked a Warwickshire Railway Society tour from Banbury on 5th September and was noted at the 'Boiler Washout' shed on 15th prior to moving onto the works.
